Commissioned artwork is for personal use. Commercial rights use will be subject to either an up front cost or royalty fee deemed appropriate by me.

Personal use of commissioned work from me includes: banners, posting on social media with credit, and printing for yourself.

I reserve the rights to declining commissions outside of my abilities to draw or subjects will not draw.

Pricing will change based on the demands of the commission request.

Clients are not permitted to use art commissioned from me for the use of training AI/ML models, or NFTs.

Payments will be done through Stripe invoicing in the form of British Pounds (GBP). Anything besides GBP will not be accepted.

All commissions are to be paid upfront.

Smaller commissions (under £100) must be paid in full.

Larger commissions (over £100) can be paid half up front if the client wishes to do so. However once half of the piece is complete, progression will stop to prioritise clients who have paid in full.

Clients may be subject to a complexity fee for all commissions, complexity fees may range from anywhere from an additional £10 to as much as £100+

Clients are not allowed to request a refund once progress on the commission has started.

If I am unable to start your commission or cannot provide the product for any reason, the client will receive a full refund.

If you have made a half payment and half of the commission is done, however you are unable to pay the other half, you may cancel the commission however you will not receive a refund for the first half of the commission.

If a client wishes to use a commission for commercial use After a commission, terms will be discussed for either a single upfront cost or royalties.

Chargebacks are explicitly prohibited.

When requesting a commission from me, please clarify the manner of which you would like communications to take place through (whether it be social media direct messaging or email).

Please respond to any queries or updates in a timely manner, failure to do so will impact the delivery rate of the commissioned piece.

Please provide the following for a commission request:

Character name: Whether the commission is OC, Fanart, or anything else.

References: Provide clear and sufficient references images, ideally in HD form. The more reference images there are, the easier it will be for me to carry out your commission.

Description: A clear description of what you want the commission request to be, whether in full text or in bullet points.

Category type: Whether the commission will be a - Illustration, Weapon Sheet, Logo Design, or Character sheet.

Type of Commission: Whether the commission will be a - Full body, Thigh-up, Half Body, Bust, etc.

Background details: Details on whether you want - no background, flat colour/gradient, complex background scene, environment, and whether there are props or additional characters.

Additional pointers: Any other information that you believe will be useful to me, whether it be character personalities or details you would like included on the piece.

Clients are allowed 2 free revisions at the sketch stage of the commission, additional revisions will cost £15 each before I continue. Please provide feedback at the sketch stage.

Clients are subjected to additional costs for any edits on previously approved designs or revisions that exceed the initial scope of the proposed commission.

Incurred additional costs for edits apply to:

Requested edits requested after they have approved the final design.

Requested edits to lineart after work has moved onto colouring and rendering.

Requesting edits that exceed the initial scale of the original pitch for the commissioned piece.

Clients will receive image updates from me as progress is made, this will be communicated in the form of screenshots.

Commissions take time, I am but one man and will be balancing my commission work with IRL responsibilities. A client waiting list will be provided at the end of the document.

Commissions depending on scale and complexity can take anywhere from the timeframe of a week to months.

I will inform you if any delays occur during the commission process.

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. As a client you are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.

I may use commissioned artwork to:

Promote myself and my services.

Post on social media and in my portfolio.

Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).

As a commissioner you may use your commissioned artwork for the following:

Use the artwork for personal uses only (unless commercial rights are purchased).

Print the art for yourself.

Post it on social media with credit to me (ideally with a @).

You may NOT do the following with commissioned artwork:

Use the artwork commercially without permission.

Commission art/services using my designs/works

Claim the art as your own or fail to credit me.

Remove signatures/watermarks

Resell or redistribute the artwork.

Modify the artwork without my consent.

Use artwork purchases for personal use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.

Breaking these rules may result in permanent public blacklisting (With evidence).

The blacklist may be shared with other artists.
